Retail Sell-through Analysis

Hi,

I am doing a project to analyze cross-channel retail (store & e-commerce) sell through data. Could someone give me some pointers/resources to read on and get started. I am sitting on 3-years worth of sales data, but I am a bit lost as to where to get started.

Can you briefly share what attributes the data contain? and what is purpose of the data analysis? demand prediction? product association rules mining? consumer classification? etc
