Metacost cost matrix optimize

Hello, I want to optimize the cost matrix parameter of the metacost operator, my process is as follows:

Dataset-Optimize Grid- Validation- Meta cost- logistic regression

However, I get an error like "the examples set empty" in the logistic regression operator. How should my process be for cost matrix optimization?
