Cannot import geometry in hyperwork student edition

After I installed Hyperwork v14.0 student edition, I clicked import geometry (I wanna import a stp file), and it turned out an error, why? How can I fix it?

    Maybe your STEP file was damaged?

    Well, I can import my stp file on the computer in NU computer lab, which is using the official edition hyperwork instead of student edition.

    Don't know the difference, but I just can't import the geometry on my own laptop...

    Can you try Iges?

    If possible share the .stp file with us. We will check and update to you if the problem is with the file or with the Software installed.

    what's that mean... can I pass the file to you through facebook or other ways？

    I am able to import the step file in HM student Edition 14.0 without any issue.

    Oh my... then Idw what's going wrong with my HM... do u have any idea about that message log?

    Ha, maybe is the language preference problem, dw why, I changed into English, then can import successfully.
