Unparseable Number

I have an issue when I try to import Data from a .xls files (converted from .csv) into RM.
It mentions: "Failed to parse content on Column X"
RM does not allow me to Input the Data in order to try to Parse it with the Parse Operator.
What should I do?

I found the solution. I put it as integers instead of Real Numbers. Thanks
