Hi,
It looks like your database connection has not been properly created. Please create a complete database connection (only MySQL or Postgres are currently supported to deployment monitoring) and test it in the creation dialog. If you want to be extra sure, you could also use that connection in a process to read or write some data to the database but that should actually not been necessary. If everything is ok with the connection, you should be able to use it for the deployment monitoring, too.
