How can i ues Time series on traffic accidents data ?

I have a Traffic accidents data (2014-2015) how can i use time series on this data , what is inside the data ( data for the time of the accident, accident date, neighborhood, reason of the accident, type of injury and death) I want to forecast Traffic accidents of 2015 from the yaer of 2014. it is first time for me to ues the RapidMiner and also Machine Learning is there simple model to Build halp me with that .
