Why are my cluster charts blank?

I used Turbo Prep to perform a cluster analysis. Most of the results are fine. However, both graphs (Centroid Chart and Scatter Plot) are blank. Any help would be appreciated.

on which type of computer,OS and RapidMiner Studio version you got this problem?

Windows 10, RM version 9.5. The computer was built from scratch.
