I really need to log in to my account to complete a course. I reset my password 5 days ago but I still haven’t received an email to reset it. I have also sent an email to support@altair.com with my problem on the 20th of august, but I haven't gotten a reply for 4 days. The deadline is approaching and I need to complete a course in Online Learning & Certifications. Please help resolve the issue.
