I have not received a password reset email for 5 days.

Hi Altair

I really need to log in to my account to complete a course. I reset my password 5 days ago but I still haven’t received an email to reset it. I have also sent an email to support@altair.com with my problem on the 20th of august, but I haven't gotten a reply for 4 days. The deadline is approaching and I need to complete a course in Online Learning & Certifications. Please help resolve the issue.

    We replied with your password before as well, Your password was sent to u04548800@tuks.co.za again now

    Hey,

    Even I'm facing the same issue I had applied to reset my password and haven't received a email past 3 days so if you guys could kindly look into the matter and get back me to me it would be really helpful. Because I need to complete few courses and submit the ASAP!!!
