Downloading software onto a mac

I have attempted to download the Studio 9.5 for Macs onto my computer over 10 times. I have updated my Mac software to the most recent version and am prompted to redownload the Studio software each time I click on the download. I have hit the click "here" button when the program didn't run and was prompted to redownload the Studio software again.

hello @EmilyWKUStudent I'm sorry about your download issues. Can you please be more specific about this? Some screenshots would really help (command-shift-4 on a Mac).
