How to do Term Frequency or TF-IDF for Emoji ?

and this is the results I got :

This question has two parts:

First, In a result, I need to know what these numbers mean?

Second, I need to do a "token" process for each emoji and after that do one of the processes:
 term frequency or TF-IDF?
