i got a data in polynominal format as HH:MM:SS.XXXXXX how to covert to time 24 hour format

the data set is given below.i just need to do a data cleaning for entire data.are there anything else to clean other tha the time

The nominal to date operator allows you to convert your field to an actual date. Next you could use the date to nominal operator to change it back to the nominal format you prefer, or use the date options in the create attribute operator to tune it to any format you prefer.

If your data is in excel you can change it in excel then import it to RM.
