Switch to hosted - can not add users

The tutorial voideo shows this:

When access AminProtal it looks like this:

So how do I add user when there is no "Users" - button available, that is what is neccessary according to your tutorial?

 

And also, where does all the "Authorized Machines" are coming from?

    Hello,

    You will need Admin rights to be able to add or remove users. Please get in touch with your company Administrators to discuss that.

    The AltairOne authorizations you see are from the MarketPlace to determine which products you are allowed to download.
