What is difference b/w stacking and Hybrid model ? is it same or different ?

Few researchers mentioned that both are the same and some mentioned both are different. Could anyone explain to me the difference between the two!

Stacking models is part of a hybrid method in machine learning. People can do this stacking in different ways but I don't think hybrid and stacking are very different methods.
