Exported data from Automator not matching workspace created in data prep studio

Hello, 

I created a workspace in Data Prep Studio (DPS) and validated when exporting, the expected data was returning.  My Automator process is using the same workspace and test file but output is missing invoice number and amount.  See below, I've copied the output returned with the top being what was added from the DPS vs Automator.  Please let me know what additional information is needed.  Thanks

    Hi Tony,

    I noticed the file name in DPS is different than the file in Automator. 

    If the Automator report is not the same as the DPS report, you may open the report used in the Automator in DPS, export and compare the results.

    If both files are the same, then it is possible that the Monarch Desktop version is not in sync with the Automator version.  The current release version of the Automator is v16.1.2 (AKA 2020.1.2).  This version of the Automator should be used with Monarch Desktop v16.1.1 (AKA 2020.1) or older version (e.g. v15).

    The current version of Monarch Desktop is v17.0 (AKA 2021.0).  This version of the Monarch desktop should not be used the Automator v161.1.2.  If you create a workspace in DPS v17, then certain functions will not work on Automator v16.1.2.

    If the above suggestions did not resolve your issue, i suggest you send the workspace, report, and the Automator process to Altair support (support@datawatch.com).
