So I am trying to run a GHA dimensional reduction algorithm and I get an error of not enough memory for my dataset (1230 rows/407 columns). My machine has 16 GB memory. If that is not enough I would like some guidance as to how to use sampling to do that.
After running GHA on the sampled dataset, how would I apply that result to the original dataset to continue with my model?
