I cannot get the results Rapidminer is showing for Cost Benefits Calculation

First of all, I´m a newbie, so I might be making some mistakes… I read the posts from many colleagues, including Ingo´s ones, and cannot understand the calculation made for the Churn Data set. I´m attaching the screen details if someone have the time and patience of veryfing and telling me how is it calculated. Thanks.

Hi,

Did you check out this conversation linked below?  This explains the details.  I saw in your screenshots that you are using 9.4.  We have changed the exact calculation a tiny bit in 9.5 thought (as mentioned in the conversation linked below).  The results are now coming directly from the confusion matrix and the cost matrix instead of the predictions.  So if you want to match both exactly, you would need the Excel file I have attached in there plus the beta of RM 9.5...
