cannot run process due to debug mode problem

my rapid miner cannot run the process even after the apps told me to on the debug mode but it is shown process failed. so how can i fix my rapidminer? thankyou

Did you try checking the log window (View --> Show Panel --> Log), to see the error you were getting?

Can you post the error message in log here?

thankyou for your fast reply. there is no any bug problem but my rapid miner still have an issue not showing the result after run. how to fix it?
my laptop specification is AMD A9-9425 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G 3.10GHz RAM: 4GB, x64 based processor. 
is it the problem is my laptop?

Are you using Java 8 version and are you working on 64 bit OS with 64-bit rapidminer version? I just boosted your profile, you can also post images of the result area that is not showing up.

To check if you are using Java 8 or not in the control panel as shown in below image highlighted portion.

after i check my laptop, im not using any java 8. how can i do it?

Then, you should download Java 8 from below thread based on your operating system

 https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html

Then, you can uninstall current java version and install this java 8 version in your laptop.

after i install the java 8 apps? what steps that i need to do and how to check my old version java ?

You can check the existing version in Control panel as I said earlier. You can restart you PC and rapidminer to see if its working fine now. I think it will find java automatically from "path" in "environmental variables".

Try clicking "View -> Restore default view" in the top menu bar when in that state. It looks like your results view became broken.
