After running some processes, I can see that the Execution time when selected in the combination of an operator is providing the time in milliseconds of a particular operator processing. Process time shows the total time of the whole process. I cross-checked this by observing the process. You can see that the process time is 8 millisecond higher than the operator execution time which is desirable.
