How to save a process

Good day all, please how do I save a process in msword or excel format for further used?
I tried saving but it always come out error

Hello @Harry_Gift

You can export the process into .rmp file by going into File --> Export Process. If you want to use this process again, you can just click on File --> Import Process.

You can also copy the XML code from XML window by going to View --> Show Panel --> XML and paste it in a notepad. This can be used later by opening new process and copying XML code into XML window and click on Green tick mark.
