RM at university lab

1. We use RM for teaching analytics in a lab with say 15 workstations, with say 6 groups of students.
At the beginning of semester first group log in with their licenses. The next group comes and when they start RM they are logged in with the names and licenses of the first group. How to change that, i.e is it possible to log off when a group finishes the class?
2. One of my students had installed RM trial version. Then she appled for educational licence, and when she tried to paste it into 'Enter a new license key' she got 'happy mining' greetings, but the trial license is still active with 2 weeks expiration time. is there a way to replace trial license with educational one?

Hello @mlubicz
For question 1, I see that you need to sync the licenses of new students. I don't see any logoff functionality for rapidminer studio. Once they are at their work station they need to go to Settings --> Manage Licenses and sync their license by logging into an account. This will enable their own licenses.
For Question 2: RM licenses are applied based on their priority. Right now, the free trial version is powerful than Educational licenses. So, the educational license will be applied automatically once the trial version is finished. (Credits: Marco)
@sgenzer might provide more inputs on this.
Hope this helps.5
