"Dictionary-based classification"

I want to build dictionary to classify the texts to different topics. Please, could you tell me how to do that in Rapidminer?

Do you already have trained data or do you start from a green sheet knowing nothing about your data?

I certainly know about dataset but I do not want to use supervised learning algorithms.
