Not getting the activation email

I just created an account and after I clicked on the activation link on why email nothing happened then I clicked again it said an email has been sent but I received no email. Since then I have clicked on send email again twice but still have not received any email

    Sorry for the obvious question,
    but have you checked your Junk Mail folder?

    yes exactly - check your junk email and if there's nothing there, start a chat session (button in lower right corner of this screen) and one of our office colleagues will help you get sorted out.
