connection failure when creating new Rapidminer server repository

After installing Rapidminer server, I tried to create new Rapidminer server repository but I failed due to read timeout error, the connection between RM server and Studio failed, although I set the connection parameters correctly (server URL, username & password)

can you ping the server on cmd/shell? Usually, the reason for this is network issues.
