My internet connection is good but why I can't visualize the result. It shows "Could not initialize HTML5 browser! See log for details". Need your help ASAP

I think you can try the 1st solution to use legacy charts. Try and see either 1st or second workarounds in the link provided to see if anything works. Also, provide your system specifications Mac OS version, Java specification (JRE)?
