"Analyse a history of article links in newsletters"

A RapidMiner user wants to know the answer to this question: "Hi there, I'm looking to analyse a history of article links in newsletters. Newsletters aren't in a repository, they are in the outlook client e-mails. Could RapidMiner categorize the articles to find certain types of information? If so, how would this work? Does it connect RapidMiner via the IMAP protocol, but then can it target only e-mails with a specific document in them (say sent by a particular sender or with a particular subject one)? Thanks!"
