Connection refused

I am trying to use RapidMiner operators like Aylien or the Twitter search module. It seems it might be related to my company's firewall. I am however able to connect to the Marketplace.
Any suggestions are very much welcome!

hi @auihlein I would recommend getting an access token directly from Twitter and pasting it in.

try when tethering via your cell phone for a test or try pinging the sites or servers in question. If possible obviously you can take the computer home to see if that removes the fire wall issue. Some companies block "social" connections i.e. twitter, youtube, facebook,...

Thanks for the hints.
I tried with tethering and tried from home. In both cases I am able to use Aylien or Rosette text analytics. However, I can not generate a Twitter access token. It seems indeed to be related with some firewall issues. Do you have any further ideas/suggestions?
