Hello my AU Data Analyst license is active 

Error Code: -10 when Altair Units Used is 0/20

    Hello Richard Chi,

    Thank you for contacting Altair support.
    I hope you are doing well.

    Error message (Err: 10) "HostID does not match license" indicates that the license does not match the HostID of the machine you are trying to use the license. The license file was created for a specific machine. It seems that you are not pointing to server machine with MAC address same as the one in the license file.
