Hello,

im trying to install HyperWorks 2021.2 on my new notebook which is running on windows 11.

The installation Desktop, Inspire, SimLab and SimSolid is working correctly but the installation of the mechanical solvers allways fails:

When I try to run optistruct it fails, telling me that:
"cudart 64_102.dll" , "cublas64_10" and "cusparse64_10"
are missing. Can some make sense of this? I also tried installing the 2020 and 2021.1 versions.
Same problem there.

Thank you

    Hi Daniel,

any solution for the problem yet? I'm facing the same problem at the moment and since I cannot deinstall / install HW on my own due to IT restrictions in my company, the IT department is getting annoyed doing that for me over and over again with no apparent progress / solution.

I also tried to put the path to the DLLs in the environmental variables, but that didn't work either.

    Cheers,

    Sven

    Hey Sven,

turns out the solvers were installed corretcly but the

appliation is not launching from the .exe anymore.

I now start it from the HyperWorks surface or in

HyperMesh (the old interface) > Applications > Optistruct

makes the usual compute console pop up.

    Hope this helps,

    Gute zeit, Daniel
