Yes it does, in RapidMiner 9. Just import your CSV through the Read CSV operator, and use Windowing or any operator. @tftemme has an explanatory video that you should check up, based in a post of @mschmitz that you can also read here.

Hi @paulgureghian ,
generally, you can convert from one type to another if it is needed, before you use it to rapidminer.
