Sentiment Analysis got problem

Some time it's giving me this type of symbol while I am trying to find out sentiment score from Twitter extracted data.
My sentiment analysis processing steps are Read excel file- Aylien -Write excel file

Could you share the process XML code here to take a closer look at the process and cause for such output?

That usually happens when you max out your free API calls. Did you look at your volume of requests you are attempting to have Aylien score vs their limits? If you need to upgrade their paid plans are very reasonable.
