Unable to load Altair Inspire 2021.2

I tried installing Altair Inspire 2021 version. While installing, it says "installation successful but some files were not installed, check logs". I checked logs and it shows "Common/python folder not found". When I tried opening the application, it stops exactly while loading "Pythoninterpreter". Kindly help me with this.

Hi,

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of Inspire Studio 2021.2.2 from AltairOne
and it worked fine.

I previously installed all the other versions as well.
I think it was a corrupted download issue.

I would do this:
1) delete the existing installation file you downloaded
2) uninstall the malfuncioning version
3) download Inspire Studio 2021.2.2 from AltairOne
4) check the file size. It must be  3,48 GB (3.740.935.280 byte)
5) install it and change the destination folder from "2021.2" to "2021.2.2" just to be sure
6) run it and check

This way I'm pretty sure it will work.
