The install instructions say to use the executable hwFeko2022.3_Linux64.bin. I have downloaded and unzipped FEKO_2022.3.1_LINUX_X86_64.zip and that file doesn't seem to be in the install directory.

You need to download both 2022.3 and 2022.3.1 and install 2022.3 then 2022.3.1.
