i have like 20 variable and i would like to know which of these 20 have most significance effect on the target.which operator should i use in rapid miner?

Is your label numerical or nominal/categorical? There are several "Weight" operators that will help you with this, such as "Weight by Correlation" for numerical labels and "Weight by Information Value" for nominal labels.
