How to get balancing data

Hello
How to get Twitter data, half of which has positive polarity, and half the other negative (balanced). Get it
I was given a polarity with the sentiment analysis operator. But all is neutral and negative and a little positive. How do i equal them

    For imbalanced samples, you can either weight or sample your data---try searching the forum for either topic and you should find many helpful tips!
