Why my PSIM license doesn't want to get recognized by the program?

When i open the PSIM software, I cannot use it because I keep getting the same error. Even though I followed the steps and I inserted the license file ito the security folder, I also include the path of the license file in the window that opens the moment I start the PSIM program. This is the error I keep getting

Hi,

Please make sure you are using the correct Ethernet ID to request the license file.
