Why isn't working exported java project?

If I run my process(which uses cross valaidation) from Java code it's working correctly, but if I create a runnable jar file and execute my program I got this error: 'The dummy operator Cross Validation (replacing concurrency:cross_validation) cannot be executed'

What am I doing wrong? I have a lib folder in my project with the needed Rapidminer jar files. As I read, this plugin isn't open source? What can I do?
