How to normalize using interquartile_range?

Hi, I normalized my data set using the method interquartile_range, I got some values after the normalization, then I tried to do the same proccess on Excel, but I didn't get the same results. My question is: how rapidminer normalize data by interquartile_range method and how can I do the same on Excel?. I've already got the IQR value (Q3-Q1), and the media value (Q2).
