How to create accelerometers using scripting Ls-Dyna profile?

I have to write a macro for accelerometers in which I have four tasks:

1. Creating hexa element using single node's coordinates.

2. Constaint hexa with adj. mesh

3. Create Accelerometer.

4. Keep one node of hexa in output.

Out of four tasks, I have done second one. Can anyone help me with first one?
