It seems that there is a little bug in the charts panel :
When right-clicking on the chart, the "Zoom In", "Zoom Out" and "Auto-Range" functionalities are inactive.

The Product team is aware of this and working to fix this. Mean time, you could you use mouse scroll to Zoom in and Zoom out charts
