How to Increase Lift value in Association Rules?

Hi 

I'm new to RapidMiner and data analytics, I wanted to produce set of rules from demographic and crime dataset by using association rules and I wanted to produce higher lift value (>2) to show stronger relationship between the dataset....but I keep getting low lift value (< 1.2) in my results table, I have 80 examples and 50 regular attributes ....can anyone help me

You might need more training data or your input variables are really independent and your ratio of support can't give you a good association. What does your support and confidence say?
