Training videos or materials for data cleaning?

Hi,

You have very helpful training videos on your website, thanks for them! I'm still looking for advice for data cleansing in RM. Do you have any training material for these operations? For example, I refer to your training rata "raw-customer-churn-data", which is available on your getting started zip-file. How do I clean it for modeling? The raw data includes values like "male", or "m", or " m". I should get these for one format.

I appreciate your help.
