Machine learning and AI for Marketing Communications

Can anyone suggest what are the various ways in which machine learning and artificial intelligence will enhance marketing communications in the coming years. Also which existing organizations are using AI for marketing or who are providing such services to various industries?

Marketing is rife for AI disruption because Marketing companies typically have a lot of customer data that they don't know how to use. Most of the time they do A/B testing or some sort of BI aggregation and call it "AI."  One great way to applying marketing and sales data is the PQL modeling for incoming leads. There's a great webinar from RapidMiner out there about that.
