Zooming in Charts section does not work

Is there a way to zoom in using Charts? I know this works in advanced charts, but I created a quartile chart and that chart can't be created in advanced charts? Also labels are not displayed when I created a Quartile Color chart. I don't know if this is related to lack of zooming.

there is indeed no zooming offered for quartile charts. Since there is also no label shown at all I'd call this a bug.
