Decision Tree

Hi,

I am trying to use the decision tree and tried to follow the below video (Creating a Model), the result show there are many breakdown in the tree.

However, when I tried it out on the rapidminer, it only shows 2 nodes as per below picture. Is there some settings need to be set?

Also, possible that I can classify the branches and leaves that I need? Eg. Gender > Age > Churn > Last Transaction
