My task is create perceptron-based binary classifier ending with threshold (regulating precision vs. recall). Please, help me to find working example (text classification if exists) as close as possible to my goal.

If you are interested in text analysis, you should definitely check out the free Aylien text mining extension. They have a detailed blog post describing how to use their operators in RapidMiner and they have an example process to download as well:

It doesn't do precisely what you are asking for, but it is a great starting point for understanding text analysis and you should be able to build off that.
