Rapid Miner Server Not Running

Hello Rapidminer Community

I have problem that my rapid miner server is not startup. i don't know why 

! I have laptop With Specification

 

i changed Ram from 3GB to 4GB still i have problem that server not starting and give following error

 

 So please tell me solution what should i do for solving this problem thanks !
