Hyperview Post-Processing (Abaqus) Stresses on Cross Section

Hello Community, 

Using Hyperview (Abaqus solver) 

I expected to see the stress in the interior of the component , how to show ?

Currently, showing VM stress

1. just checking: have you requested results for all your parts in the solver?

2. when applying the stress contour, what options did you choose?

3. when applying the contour, have you selected any components? or did you pick all of them? looks like you have not selected the interior part

Hi Adriano,

Here are my settings.  I did not select the interior , that may be it.  How would I do that ?

when you go to contour, if you just select the result type and click apply, by default it should plot results for all components. If you go to the components selector, and click a few components, then hit apply, it will plot only the selected comps. I'd like to check if you haven't used the 2nd option.

If not, if you just selected the contour and plot it, you might want to check if your solver has written results for all parts or not. Maybe you have results for your skin/membrane only. I dunno.
