One thing that may have happened is your perspective files may have got corrupted,
Try this if it helps
Shut down all studio clients on your desktop
try deleteing the vlperspective**** files from your dot rapidminer folder
Then restart Rapidminer studio.
If that does not work, reinstall helped previously another user. There are details here

remember to take a back up of your dot rapidminer folder
