Trouble Downloading S-FRAME - Blank Host ID

I tried to download S-FRAME per the instructions posted online by my professor however I ran in to an issue for the Internet Host ID.

 

I clicked "Host ID for Windows" but I got a blank host ID. I spoke with someone in the class, and they said this box should have provided me with a Host ID so I could complete the form to download the program. 

 

How can this be fixed?
