Decision tree generation algorithm about the source code and its call

I have studied rapidminer source code, but I didn't understand.Can you detailed introduce me the source code in the form of various operator to generate the decision tree calls?They used the decision tree algorithm ID3, C4.5, CART, CHAID in which one or more of the following?The concrete is how to call?Thank you so much!

please keep in mind that the Decision Tree in v6.2+ is different from the one before.
